Returns and Cancelled orders
Any order cancelled prior to shipping is subject to a 15% restock fee with a maximum restock fee of $300.00. Any order cancelled or returned after the product has shipped is subject to the same 15% restocking fee plus all related actual shipping charges to and from the RecRoomsUSA distribution center. Any defective piece or part will be replaced free of charge. If upon receipt of your item you notice it has been damaged in shipping, you may refuse delivery and we will send a new one at no additional expense to you. Not all items may be delivered at the same time. Cloth and accessories may ship separately and/or via a different carrier (UPS, FEDEX etc...) You must carefully inspect your product when delivered and before you sign for it. If a box or item is or appears damaged, note ALL damage on delivery slip before signing or you may lose all rights to claim any damage and receive replacement items. Any damage resultant from shipping claim will be replaced provided damage is properly noted at delivery or refusal. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS FOR DAMAGE. It will be replaced with new item (s) shipped directly from our warehouse.

Free Pool Table Shipping: Local pick up in Orlando, FL is available at no extra charge by appointment at our East Colonial Drive, Orlando FL warehouse location. A Pickup truck, van or large SUV is best for pickup. Shipping is available to any location within the continental United States. Free shipping is to states located East of the Mississippi River only. For shipping charges to locations west of the Mississippi please call our sales representatives for them to get you the best shipping price. You will only be charged the excess over the "East of the Mississippi" cost. If you are unsure of your location and freight, please call us for assistance and rates. Any additional delivery services are at additional cost to you such as lift gate or inside delivery. These extra services are not included with our prices. It is a good idea to have extra help to move and unload the Pool Table and slate unless you request these extra services. Although the Pool table is heavy, it arrives in several pieces and cartons. The slate may be moved one piece at a time and the cartons can also be unloaded and moved one carton at a time. Please carefully examine each piece for any damage before accepting delivery. Free shipping is to a business address or your local freight terminal. Add $79 for delivery to a residence address. Some remote areas will incur surcharge. Designs may vary in very minor detail and/or color displayed on monitor.
Installation
You will not wait 4-8 weeks for your pool table. As a true factory direct online retailer, your table ships to you within days from one of our three strategically located distribution centers. Once the table is on its way to you, we will email you with tracking information so we will know when it will be arriving (typically 2-5 days from ship date.) Typically the delivery company will bring your delivery to the end of the truck. These tables are very heavy, up to one thousand pounds, so please be very careful if you attempt to move this table yourself. We are also able to arrange installation for you with a local installer in your area. Simply give a call and let us know you would like this assistance and we will put you in touch directly with local installers in your area. You will be able to deal directly with these installers helping you save more money as you will pay them directly and not us!! Professional assembly is highly recommended. We also offer other delivery add on services for you to make it easier for your own local installer, such as white glove inside delivery. Your installer can then simply come by and assemble your table quicker and easier. Please feel free to call us to go over any questions you have or details you are unsure of.
